§ 14-55. Collection of license taxes.

Latest version.

The county hereby designates and appoints the county treasurer to collect the license taxes for the county. All monies collected for license taxes shall be made payable to the county treasurer and shall be deposited in a dog pound account, which is hereby created. The funds in such account shall be expended pursuant to Code of Virginia, § 3.1-796.101, as needed in the administration of this joint program.
