§ 10-3. Penalty for violation of chapter.

(a)

Any person who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with or shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00 for each offense.

(b)

It is further provided that this chapter shall not apply to the incorporated Towns of Kenbridge and Victoria in this county.
